Concealer Guide

Hi sweeties! Today's cookie is about concealers. This product is a must have in every girl's trousse because it's essential to cover our skin's imperfections but if you use it in the wrong way you could get the opposite effect. There are a lot of different concealers for any use and esigence and I wanna show you which are my favourites!
Dark circles: every girl hates dark circles and wants to hide it, so the best concealer for that has to be liquid but strong, because it has to stay all day on your face but not to be too heavy. For the colour you have to follow the colour wheel, in fact to cover the blue of the dark circles you need an orange concealer or, if you're young it will be enough a highlighting one, my favourite is the YvesSaintLaurent Touche Eclat.
Pimples: the zones where you have pimples are usually more oily so you need a concealer with a thicker texture because it has to stay all day. For the coloure you should use a nude one o a green one, my favourites are the Bottega Verde Correttore Camouflage and the Kiko Natural Concealer in the shade Green 04.
Obviously you have so set the concealer with a good powder and avoid bad igredients that could damage your skin.

DIY Dry Shampoo

Hi sweeties! Today's cookies is the recipe for a homemade dry shampoo. Dry shampoo is useful if you have oily hair or if you want to add texture to your hair. The products on the market are expensive and contain bad ingredients, so this is a cheaper an healtier option!

  • Baby powder
  • Rice or corn starch
  • Cocoa (only for dark hair!)
  • Essential oil or parfum
Mix all the powders and then add a few drops of any essential oil or of your favourite parfum, let it dry and VoilĂ !
How to use it: aplly to your scalp, massage, and remove with a brush.

Scrubs

Hi sweeties! Today's cookie is about scrubs. Sbrub is really important becuase it removes the dead skin, but each part of the body needs a different scrub, so I'll show you my scrub routine!

Face: I have a normal skin so I use the Green Tea Scrub  once a week, and when I have some spots I add some sugar at the recipe.
Lips: Especially in winter my lips are very dry, so I use a mosturizing scrub with honey and sugar, I do this twice a month or when I need it.
Nails and Hands: When I do my manicure I like to scrub with honey, baking soda, olive oil and sugar; this helps to remove cuticles and whitens nails.
Body: -4 tbsp of shower gel
         -2 tbsp of honey
         -1 tbsp of cocoa
-3 tbsp of sugar or baking sodaI really love this scrub because it doesn't remove tan and it leaves my skin super super soft and smoth, I usually do this twice a month.
This is my scrub routine but you can choose the best ingredients for your skin and make your own scrubs!

Review: Tangle Teezer

Hi sweeties! Today's cookie is a review. You sure have heard about the hair brush called Tangle Teezer. I read many reviews of this brush on the internet so I decided to buy it, it isn't easy to find it in Italy, but I got it so here's my review.

This brush is really really REALLY good, my hair is curly and super tangled and this brush worked on it. I usually brush my hair before washing it and with normal brushes or combs it was really hard, with the Tangle Teezer I can detangle my hair very easly. It's really amazing, I love it, I only had problems removing the fallen hair from it. My vote to this brush is 9/10 and the price is around 11 euros.

Green tea

Hi sweeties! Today's cookie is about green tea. This plant is amazing for our skin because it contains a lot of vitamins and antioxidants, I wanna show you two different ways to use green tea on your skin to make it shine.

1) Scrub: you'll need a tea bag, some honey and some rice flour. Put the tea bag in hot water and conserve the tea you made for the step two. Take the tea bag and put the contents in a bowl, add a tea spoon of honey, a teaspoon of rice flour and a little of water. Put this mixture on your face and scrub especially on the T zone, leave it for ten minutes as a mask and remove with warm water.

2) Toner: take the tea you made before and put it in a spray bottle, use it as a normal toner every time you wash your face, then put on your favourite mosturizer.

I use the toner twice a day and the scrub once a week, after a month my skin has changed a lot and now I don't have any spot or or blackheads! Follow these advices and let me know I they worked!
